Freshness Retainers

Our Freshness Retainers are powdery dry-blends of vitamins & minerals. They extend the shelf-life of cut fruits & vegetables to over 21 days. Our product range is 100% free of sulfites, allergens and GMO and is approved to be used worldwide. Application is very easy and comprises just a few steps:

1 .Freshness Retainers are diluted in water at 3% - 6% concentration
2 .Freshly cut fruits/vegetables are dipped in the solution for 1-2 minutes.
3 .Fruits/vegetables are dried by spinning, air-blowing or gentle shaking
4 .Fruits/vegetables are packed in regular food-grade packaging
